Fashnoory.shop is an online dry fruits and healthy food products store serving customers across India.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our support team through the Contact Us page or by email.

Once an order is packed, dispatched, out for delivery, or delivered, cancellation may not be available. In such cases, the order may be handled as per our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy if eligible.

We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, payment verification issue, non-serviceable location, suspicious activity, repeated fake orders, or incomplete/incorrect customer information.

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and payment details to avoid cancellation or delivery issues.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible within the stated refund timeline. Bank, UPI, or payment provider timelines may vary.

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before packing or dispatch, subject to order status.
