Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Fashnoory.shop is an online dry fruits and healthy food products store serving customers across India.

Returns, replacements, or refunds are available only for products that are damaged, rotten, missing, incorrect, expired, or materially different from what was ordered.

Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, invoice, and issue where applicable. Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Opened, consumed, used, or perishable items may not be eligible for return unless the issue is due to damage, rotten condition, incorrect item, expired product, missing product, or a quality defect found at the time of delivery.

After receiving a complaint, our support team will verify the issue. If the request is approved, we may offer a refund, replacement, or suitable resolution based on product condition and availability.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer after collecting the required refund details from the customer.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after verification. Bank, UPI, or payment provider timelines may vary and may take additional time.

If a replacement is available and accepted by the customer, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
